My Order FAQ

How Do I Track My Order?
When your order is processed, a tracking number is added to your order/invoice page. A notification with this number will be to sent to you via an automated email. Once you receive this email, you can track your order by selecting "My Account" at the top right side of the SOVA site.
How Do I Change Or Cancel An Order?
Select "My Account" at the top right side of the SOVA site to view orders you have placed. Then, select “Change Quantities / Cancel Orders” to find and edit your order. PLEASE NOTE that once an order has begun processing or is shipped, it can no longer be edited. If you’d like to have funds returned or make any additional changes, please contact a customer service agent at email@example.com
How Long Until My Order Is Shipped?
Please allow 2-4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. For USPS first class packages, please allow 5 business days. For orders being shipped to Canada, please allow 12 business days.
My Order Never Arrived, Or An Item Is Missing From My Shipment.
Select "My Account" at the top right side of the SOVA site to track your order. Check to see that all items in your order have shipped. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, contact the shipper to confirm your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "Delivered," please contact customer service for assistance.
I Received The Wrong Product.
If you believe that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product (firstname.lastname@example.org).
What Is Your Return Policy?
You may return or exchange your purchase, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging, within 30 days of receiving the order. Once the package is opened it cannot be returned.
My SOVA Mouthguard Is Defective. Will You Replace It?
We replace defective mouthguards at no charge provided you report the problem within 120 days of receiving the order.
How Do I Print A Receipt Of My Purchase?
To print a receipt of your purchase, select "My Account" on the top right side of the SOVA site. Or, refer back to your original confirmation email. Either of these pages can be printed as a receipt.
